The article must not be washed and must bear its original labels. Please also send us proof of purchase. Transport is your responsibility.
MonkeyTail is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement of an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packed in its original box.
